There is a reason why you find yourself here, reading about what I do.

 

Maybe depression or anxiety have taken a hold, or stress at work is causing problems in other areas of your life, maybe a relationship breakdown, a bereavement, or a traumatic event has left you needing guidance, support and help.

Or you are ready to take that first step and open up to receive help and support with a dependency that is taking over your life and you are ready to face it.

Whatever the reason, I guarantee you a warm, non-judgemental welcome and a space to feel safe and secure in.

 

Using various techniques and skills which will be unique to yourself and the reasons you have come to me, we will work together to create a pathway to help you work through whatever is holding you back.

 

We could use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or EFT….Maybe the best thing would be to use a mix of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and some Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction….The point is that the best possible way forward will be worked for you to help you move on, and also some beneficial, valuable tools to teach you to help you maintain your new way of living in to your future.

There will be work for you to do… I can and will teach you the tools and techniques, but you will need to put them in to practice, I cannot do it for you unfortunately. Although I do often wish I had a magic wand. So by working together as a team, we can create a positive, happier, productive, more relaxed life ahead.
