I went to see Kirsten for EFT for my fear of being seen on social media and putting myself out there in my business.

I believed that I was holding back because of a few mistakes I made whilst growing up. I was scared that I didn't deserve success because of the path I had chosen back then.

After the first session of EFT, it became clear that I was holding back due to some guilt I felt towards my brother. This revelation came through my subconscious and through the tapping experience. By tapping on this guilt I was able to release it and take the steps needed to put myself out there.

Kirsten is sincere and very easy to open up to. She made me feel at complete ease and was very supportive when things came out of my subconscious and I wasn't sure what to do with these thoughts.

Since learning the EFT practice with Kirsten, I use tapping all of the time, especially when going in to a daunting situation. It has changed my life and I am so grateful to Kirsten for all of her hard work. She is a Star!
